I have joined the Locomotion in Biorobotic and Somatic Systems research group as an assistant researcher. I completed my master degree in biomechanics from Loughbrough University in 2020 where for my thesis I used a mathematical model of human running to examine the influence of technique on maximum running speed. The influence of swing leg technique on maximum running speed.
My research interests are in the biomechanics of animal locomotion, particularly legged locomotion, and how the movement and morphology of animals allow them to locomote in complex environments so effectively.
